Hello, hello, hello!

Okay so I forgot to mention there's some comedians and musicians in here too. Tim Minchin is both. Here is a picture of the lovely comedian:

Well he is actually quite funny. He deals with "sensitive" subjects, but then again what comedian doesn't. BUT he does it in SONG, which is my favorite! He's a little crazy though but he actually has a decent voice and he is funny. Have a link to one of his funniest songs:

Quite Interesting

Hey there!

The first show, the show that got this whole blog idea rolling, was QI which stands for Quite Interesting.

 I really liked this show. It is a show packed with facts. Think you know your regular everyday facts? I bet you're wrong. And QI will prove you wrong. Hosted by the fantastic Stephen Fry it's like the fun, British version of Jeopardy....kind of. In this show it's more about being funny than getting the answers right. Although, I have learned more from that show than from my 15+ years of schooling. And the amazing Alan Davies who I absolutely LOVE and I didn't even know about him until this show. He truly makes the show along with Stephen Fry. Not to mention Alan and I are on the same mind set. Speaking of the devil:

There are series A-K where they cover a range of topics all relating to the letter of the series. I am on series D and I plan to continue on until I am all caught up.

Culture Shock

Hello everyone!

A long, long time ago a friend of mine suggested to me a list (a long list) of TV shows and movies I should watch and suggested I should blog about my experience watching these shows and movies. So I've been compiling a list of TV shows and movies for quite a while now and finally found the perfect name for the blog. Now my friend is quite an anglophile so most of the shows are British and it's all new with me. So you will get my reviews and you get to experience these new experiences with me. I'll try to post at least once a week mainly because I don't have enough to review yet to post more than that. But I'll keep the reviews coming!
